Return Information

Trap&Tropical will accept exchanges or store credit of any items purchased at full retail price.  No refunds. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item to be eligible for store credit or exchange.  Please contact us at trapandtropical@gmail.com to request an exchange authorization form.  We must receive the item within 14 days of purchase.


The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The exchange/store credit will be for the value of the item minus the shipping fee.

Please note, Trap&Tropical reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.


All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• All tags must be attached

• No perfume or other scents

• No human or animal hair

• No rips or tears

• No other signs of being worn

• All original packaging 


Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You will also be charged the shipping fee for all rejected returns.

Please complete the Exchange Authorization Form we send you and send it back with your item.

We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We suggest that you use FedEx, USPS, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your Return. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return or exchange. 

You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Store Credits and Exchanges will generally be processed within 3-5 business days.

Returns, refunds, store credits and exchanges may be made at the discretion of Trap&Tropical.
